At Gluta London, we do not accept returns on any products once they have been delivered. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before confirming the purchase.
If you receive a damaged product, we will offer a reshipment of the same item. However, to process the replacement, you must provide clear video proof of the unboxing showing the damaged product as soon as you open the package. The video should be unedited and clearly display the shipping label, packaging, and damaged item. Claims without video proof will not be considered for replacement. Once we approved the replacement we will ship the product within 3 Days & it will be delivered within 10-12 Working days.
Once an order has been shipped, we do not accept any cancellation requests. Customers must ensure their order details are correct before confirming the purchase.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. In case of product damage during shipping, we will only provide a replacement as per our damaged product policy.
